Your account settings let you control the personal details attached to your Replyless profile, manage how you sign in, and make decisions about your data. All changes take effect immediately unless noted otherwise.

Update your profile

Your display name and email address appear in your Replyless profile and in any correspondence sent on your behalf.

Open account settings

In the Replyless web app, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Settings. Then choose Account from the left sidebar.

Edit your name or email

Click the Edit icon next to your name or email address, enter the new value, and click Save.

Confirm your email change

If you update your email address, Replyless sends a confirmation link to the new address. Click that link to complete the change. Until confirmed, your previous email remains active.

Upload a profile photo

A profile photo helps you identify your account at a glance.

Go to account settings

Navigate to Settings → Account.

Click your current photo or avatar

Select the photo area and choose Upload photo. Replyless accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 5 MB.

Crop and save

Use the crop tool to frame the image, then click Save photo.

Change your password

Open account settings

Navigate to Settings → Account and scroll to the Password section.

Enter your current password

Type your existing password in the Current password field.

Set a new password

Enter and confirm your new password, then click Update password. Replyless enforces a minimum of 8 characters.
If you signed up via Google or Microsoft OAuth and have not set a password yet, click Set a password instead. You will receive a setup email.

Sign out of all devices

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you can invalidate all active sessions at once.

Open account settings

Navigate to Settings → Account and scroll to the Active sessions section.

Revoke all sessions

Click Sign out of all devices. You will be signed out immediately and prompted to sign back in on this device.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including connected mailboxes, AI preferences, saved drafts, and activity history — is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time; no further charges are made, and no partial refund is issued for unused time.
If you are sure you want to proceed:

Open account settings

Navigate to Settings → Account and scroll to the Danger zone section.

Request account deletion

Click Delete account. A confirmation dialog appears summarising what will be deleted.

Confirm deletion

Type your email address into the confirmation field to verify your intent, then click Permanently delete. Replyless deletes your account and all associated data within 30 seconds.
When you delete your account, Replyless revokes its OAuth access to all connected Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho Mail accounts. Replyless no longer reads, drafts, or sends email on your behalf.
Yes. Before deleting, go to Settings → Account → Export data to download a copy of your AI preferences, labels, and activity log in JSON format.
Yes. After deletion you can register a new Replyless account using the same email address. Previous data will not be restored.
