Replyless connects to your email using OAuth — the same secure authorization standard used by apps like Slack, Notion, and Calendly. You never share your password, and you can revoke access at any time from either Replyless or your email provider.

Disconnect or reconnect an account
To remove an inbox from Replyless, go to Settings → Connected accounts, find the account you want to remove, and click Disconnect.
Disconnecting an account immediately stops Replyless from accessing that inbox. Any unsent drafts tied to that account will be discarded. If you reconnect the same account later, Replyless will re-sync your inbox from scratch — previous triage and category data for that account will not be restored.
If your connection stops working — for example, after a password change or a permission reset — go to Settings → Connected accounts and click Reconnect next to the affected account. You’ll go through the OAuth flow again to restore access.
Revoke access from your email provider
You can also revoke Replyless’s access directly from your email provider at any time, without going through Replyless:
Revoking access from your email provider’s settings does not automatically disconnect the account in Replyless. Go to Settings → Connected accounts in Replyless and disconnect the account there as well, or Replyless will show a connection error and prompt you to reconnect.
